I dare you to! Yes! I'am very upset because someone should have ensured that all your Christmas orders had been physically delivered. Being such a special time my family missed out this Christmas as this was my family contribution to Christmas lunch. I can not express enough how disappointing and let-down I feel about the whole incident. I realise it was not Leslie's fault and I am not blaming her in anyway. At least she did the best she could under very difficult circumstances. And really does anyone from your company care now? Hmmmmm?
A Little Luxury: Occasionally our couriers stuff up and we are sorry. Flight delays, traffic jams etc are a fact of life particularly in the lead up to Christmas when we had over 10,000 orders going out. The customer promptly received a full refund.

Ordered five Christmas hampers from the UK on Sunday evening (UK time) a week and a half before Christmas, orders dispatched by the Wednesday and delivered to a Victorian Address in time for Christmas.
