Returns Policy
Returns are easy at A Little Luxury. Your satisfaction is our first priority and we understand that sometimes it is difficult to be sure you've chosen the right product without seeing it first.
If you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase please return it to the Reply Paid address below within 14 days of receiving it. We will credit or refund the full purchase value of the items returned (excluding delivery). Please note that items must be returned unused in their original undamaged packaging.

Your order number is contained on the confirmation email. If you do not know your order number please write the purchaser's surname instead. Please also send a note to us via the Contact Us page telling us what you are returning and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Please pack the goods carefully in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during their return.
All our products and hampers are quality inspected and packed carefully, so damages are rare. However occasionally damages occur during transit that are beyond our control. If your goods arrived damaged please return them to the above Reply Paid address and we will send you a replacement. If we do not have an exact replacement in stock you will be able to choose between a full refund or a credit towards another purchase.
If you received a hamper containing damaged items you can choose to either:
- Return the full hamper to us and we will send you a complete replacement; or
- Keep the hamper and tell us what items in the hamper were damaged. We will send you replacement items.
Where an order is returned to our warehouse as unclaimed we will attempt to contact the customer and hold the order at our warehouse for up to 30 days. If after 30 days following the return of the item we have not been able to make contact with the customer we will cancel the order. Due to the perishability of some food items, delivery and return costs, and the customised nature of our products, a refund or redelivery may not be available at this point.
Some of the products we sell also carry a manufacturer's warranty. If a product covered by a warranty is later deemed to be faulty after our 7 day return period we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly in accordance with the warranty conditions. Should you experience any difficulties please contact us and we will do everything possible to assist.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase but don't necessarily want to return the item please contact us using the Contact Us page or by phoning (02) 9620 6031. We will do everything possible to rectify the problem.
