NON 2 has a bold bodied profile with a buttery texture. Flavoured with ingredients from the natural world, featuring a unique recipe of honeyed pears, kombu, black tea, vanilla, agave, olive brine, verjus and pristine filtered water, spiced with ginger, cardamom, peppercorns, star anises and cloves. NON 2 has a fine minerality from the kombu and a lingering spice finish. This non-alcoholic wine alternative is lightly sparkling and the perfect after-dinner drink for any occasion.
